The authors of this issue 16 of the Review come from various countries and institutions. Thus we can appreciate, among its participants, professors from the Universidad de los Andes de Venezuela, with themes that challenge the historical circumstances they are going through, there are no barriers or impediments when there is an iron will to do things, thank you friends of this neighboring country with which we have great bonds of friendship. Several articles by professors from various Ecuadorian institutions are presented, such as: The media construction of migration in the northern zone, in which attempts are made to elucidate the approaches and approaches that conventional journalism in the northern zone uses for the construction of news about migration and its repercussions on the collective imagination. No less significant are the contributions presented by the teachers of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, from different Schools and subjects. Thus, in the work on the use of organic waste, different crops in Ecuador show the possible uses that can be given to this type of waste. With the article on the Master in Political Communication and Institutional Transparency: object of study and its justification, we present the postgraduate course as a novelty in Ecuador, since there are very few academic, professional and research references that exist in this field; therefore it is as urgent as necessary
